Biography

Dr. H. Summia Parveen is a Computer Science professional with 15 years of experience in teaching, research, academic leadership, and industry-oriented training. She holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. Her areas of expertise include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Database Systems, Design Thinking, and Innovation. She has actively contributed to curriculum development, academic quality assurance, NBA activities, faculty development, and student mentoring. Her research interests include AI-driven healthcare, medical image analysis, machine learning, deep learning, IoT, and intelligent systems. She has authored 33 research publications in international journals and conferences and holds 6 published patents in AI, healthcare, IoT, and intelligent systems. She has received industry-oriented training and certifications in .NET Full Stack, Cloud Computing, Data Science, and Generative AI, and has been actively involved in faculty development, student mentoring, innovation initiatives, and industry–academia engagement.
