Biography

Mr.Sujithkumar.R.K is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at
KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an
M.E. in Engineering design. He has over 15 years of teaching experience along with industrial
exposure as a special equipment’s design and fabrication. He has contributed significantly to
curriculum development, student mentoring, and outcome-based education practices.
He has published several research papers in national and international journals and conferences in
the areas of CFD analysis, lean manufacturing, renewable energy systems, and welding
methodologies. He has presented research papers in reputed national conferences and actively
participates in faculty development programs, workshops, and training programs related to
productivity improvement, thermal engineering, and statistical process control.
He has guided numerous UG student projects, served as an Academic Advisor, and supported
departmental activities related to NBA, NAAC, and ISO accreditation, contributing to successful
compliance and documentation.
He had participated in professional awareness programs, NSS activities, and social outreach
initiatives. Her research interests include Mechatronics, Renewable Energy Systems, Lean
Manufacturing, Robotics, and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing. He had completed online
certification courses, including AWS, and actively engages in continuous professional
development.
