Biography

PhD from the syndicate of Madurai Kamaraj University, India, played the role of Research Associate, Statistical Analyst for the Projects sponsored by ICSSR and NCW, played the role of Co- Investigator for the project sponsored by State Planning Commission – Tamilnadu, having research learning experience by active participations in trainings and workshops at IIM – Ahmedabad, IIT – Madras, DOMS – Pondicherry University, having session handling experience on research methods & quantitative techniques in various institutions, doing informal research guidance & support to PhD research scholars of social science, having research publications in renowned journals and chapter publications in online books, the research areas -Human resource practice, employee behaviour, employee commitment & engagement, workplace dynamics, work environment, HR analytics and so on.
