Biography

Dr. R. Jeevitha is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Mathematics, with more than 16 years of teaching experience spanning undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She is currently serving as an Associate Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Science and Humanities at KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. She earned her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, in 2020, and her doctoral thesis was awarded Highly Commended. Her research work focuses on topological spaces, ideal topology, neutrosophic and nano topological spaces, fuzzy systems, and their applications. She has also been actively involved in organizing Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), seminars, guest lectures, and workshops at both institutional and national levels. She has published more than 19 research articles in Scopus/WOS/reputed journals. Her work bridges both pure and applied mathematics, with applications extending to decision-making, optimization techniques, and interdisciplinary research. She obtained the Upskill Cambridge Assessment Certificate with the highest grade in Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening. She has completed several professional development programs from reputed platforms such as NPTEL and Coursera, covering areas like calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, matrix methods, cryptography, and mathematical software.
