Biography

M. Saravanapriya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies. She is pursuing her doctoral research on the Impact of E-Banking and Workforce Challenges in Public Sector Banks in Tamil Nadu under Anna University, Chennai. Her qualifications are B.E. (Computer Science Engineering) and Full-Time M.B.A. She qualified UGC-NET in 2011. She has 15 years of teaching, research, and industry experience. She has published more than 20 papers in various international journals and conferences. She has organized a National Conference sponsored by the AICTE-GOC Scheme and various National Symposiums and Students’ Technical Events. She has acted as an Organising Committee member in many international conferences. She has served as a Programme Coordinator for many IIC Events, EDC Events, guest lectures, workshops, and seminars. She has completed NPTEL-FDP certificate programs and many ATAL-FDP and ICT-FDP certificate programs. Her research interest is in Business Analytics and Human Resource. She has guided more than 50 MBA projects.
