Dr. S. Deepa is a Management Graduate who has an academic experience of over 10 years. She is a diplomatic person expertise in Operations Management, Training & Development, Sales & Marketing, Counselling and Mentoring.
Conducted stress management and Consumer Behaviour training for the employees of several companies. As an Academician expertise in Operations Management certified with Black Belt in Six Sigma. She has published 11 articles inclusive of Scopus, UGC, various International and National journals.
She is an expert in implementing Learning By Doing (LBD) method to management students and leveraging hands-on experiences to continuously develop and apply skills effectively.
For more than six years she excels in unconventional teaching methodologies, employing innovative approaches to engage learners and foster deep understanding.
