Biography

Dr. K.G. Senthilkumar is an accomplished academician and administrator with over 29 years of experience in both academia and industry. He is currently a Professor and Head of the Department of MBA at KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. With a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing, he has held several leadership roles across reputed institutions, including Dean–Academics at KG College of Arts and Science and Head of Department roles at various engineering and arts colleges.

His academic qualifications include an MBA, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Management, as well as UGC-NET certification. He has published research papers in national and international journals and has guided more than 100 UG and PG projects. He is also a recognized research guide under Bharathiar University.

He has actively participated in curriculum development, faculty and student development initiatives, and has successfully organized over 60 academic events, including FDPs, workshops, guest lectures, and symposiums. He has also completed several NPTEL certification courses, earning distinctions including ‘Elite with Gold’ and ‘Silver’ honors.
