Biography

Mr. S. Manikandan is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in the area of Smart Agricultural Systems and holds an M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University with First Class.

He has over 11 years of teaching experience in reputed engineering institutions across Tamil Nadu. He has handled various core subjects, including Problem Solving using Python, Data Structures, Algorithms, Cryptography and Network Security, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Artificial Intelligence, and Mobile App Development.

He has presented and published research papers in several national and international conferences in the areas of Networking, Cloud Security, Data Mining, and Medical Data Privacy. His technical expertise includes Python, C, Java, PHP, SQL Server, and Bootstrap.

His research interests focus on IoT-based Smart Agriculture, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning applications for real-time monitoring and resource optimization. He has guided numerous undergraduate (UG) projects and actively participates in academic and co-curricular activities.
