Born from the legacy of Invictus- KGiSL’s pre-2019 electric vehicle- KiTE Motorsports carries forward the spirit of innovation, teamwork, and engineering excellence that defines the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
In 2023, a passionate group of students and mentors from the Vehicle Development Cell joined forces to reimagine performance engineering for a new era—electric mobility. Their collaboration resulted in a next-generation electric racing kart, designed and built completely in-house. With superior acceleration, refined handling, and robust design, the machine has already made its mark, rising rapidly through leaderboards at racetracks across the region.
