Biography

Dr. K. Chella Priya is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. She completed her Ph.D. in Fuzzy Mathematics from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education. She has more than 18 years of teaching experience and has demonstrated consistent commitment towards academic excellence, research, and institutional development.

She has published several research papers in reputed international journals indexed in leading databases, with contributions in the areas of fuzzy differential equations, nonlinear systems, mathematical modelling, and computational techniques. She is also a co-author of a book chapter in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and automated reasoning. Her research interests include fuzzy systems, nonlinear differential equations, applied mathematics for engineering problems, optimization, and computational analysis.

Dr. Chella Priya continuously upgrades her professional expertise through participation in Faculty Development Programmes, workshops, certification courses, and research collaborations. She contributes significantly to institutional activities, including NBA/NAAC documentation, academic coordination, and examination responsibilities. She has finished many NPTEL certification programs and online certification courses. She works towards integrating research outcomes with effective classroom teaching and promoting a multidisciplinary learning environment.
